Great service. Was good food! They were short handed yet our server didn't let us wait! She was awesome! So...yaw go and enjoy a great meal!
Wish I could give zero stars. Went in a few days ago (Jan 1st at 4:30pm). Place was not busy at all (no surprise). Told greeter we needed a table for two. She took our phone number and asked us to go back to our car and wait for a call / text. I asked why as there were several tables empty, more empty than there were full. She said they had to clean them, not true. All while four other employees were just standing around. Not a place that values their customer. Too many other eating establishments in the area that do welcome their customers. So we left Applebee's and went to one of them. Had a great meal and even better service.
Waitress was great. We had our great nephew with us and I believe he had to many of the Dragon fruit infused tea and as we were about to leave he stood up and vomited. Thank goodness now one was sitting around us. I felt so bad. Thank you for the great staff and once again thanks.
Absolutely amazing experience. Christine is totally amazing. Great service, great food, great laughs, very personable experience. I highly recommend Anderson location. Thank you Christine!! We will think of you any time we have broccoli with our burger.
Went there with a party of 5 told there was a 30 wait. After 30 minutes we went inside told we had another 12 minutes to wait. They lied to us about the wait. After another 12 minutes table was not ready, claiming we couldn’t enter restaurant even though tables were empty. We felt like we was discriminated on purpose because we are white and the hostess was black. We talking to the white manager and he was trying to cover for his hostess. We left. Never eat at apple bees in Anderson again. Told the people who came in after us it is a 20 minute wait. They had no intention on seating those people in 20 minutes
