Went in to do my long overdue sprint to t-mobile sim swap. Fun group working in the store, we shared some laughs and got the business handled. Very friendly and positive experience. I'll definitely be back when it's time to upgrade!

They have a small selection of phones and most of the time there's only one person out of the 3 that know how to help properly. I'm my opinion it needs renovated bad. I love TMobile but they need more support from their superiors at this commercial stop.

Worst place ever.. every time I go in there it's some one new. That doesn't know there stuff. The manager didn't want to help and I was the only customer in there. The manager refused to help the kid. I got my stuff but I was there an hour. And no other customers came in. I love tmobile but you need better customer service in your stores..
