They messed my order up, did not offer a receipt and when I was finally able to get through on their consent busy phone line, the manager refused to do anything about it. Even though I can show the charge on my debit card he more or less called me a liar! Also they were not practicing social distancing nor were they wearing masks while preparing food. Horrible nasty location with bad customer service.i would not recommend!
The place has definitely gotten better in the last year or so. The service used to be terrible and the sitting area and salad bar were always disgusting. I have no complaints anymore. The employees seem to actually care about their jobs now.
This place is absolutely amazing love the staff, the delivery guy is on time and super nice. Have been ordering from Mazzios for awhile now and know where to get some good pizza and boneless wings at a good price the crew is always dressed very uniform and very professional I will continue to be a regular customer here thank you Mazzios pizza Mcloud. ❤
When we got there, I ask for a spinach pizza ud83cudf55 for the buffet. I ate salad and several slices of pizza. I ask if the cashier had ordered the spinach pizza ud83cudf55 and was told that it had been stated. I stayed another 25 minutes and still no pizza. My friend and I left. It shouldn't have taken so long to make 1 pizza. Not sure if I'll go back it was out of my way to get there
