The ribs the ribs the ribs. Nephew playing in Shawnee for the state tournament and stopped by for a quick dinner before the game. Had a small ribs plate with a side of fries. The ribs were spot on. Not sure what's in the rub but its just enough flavor and bite to enhance the taste of the meat. The smoke is perfection and again does not overpower the taste of the rib meat.. Best I've had. Long story short, Nephews team lost and they have to work there way back into state with a game tonight in Shawnee. I get to eat at Van's again..... YES.
How can I possibly describe this melt in your mouth BBQ??? My taste buds were dancing! I will definitely be ordering again. We got a rack of ribs and a pound of thier roast chicken to take home and it ended up makimg several meals for us during our super busy work week!! ❤❤
