Went with 5 adults and 3 children had a 20 min wait when they finally seated us the hostess on wrote 5 adults and tried to seat us st a small table. They apologized even though they had a whole room open with no seating and could not put us there will not go back
This place has had amazing food and service every time we have been here for breakfast and lunch.
If I could give zero the. I would. Will never eat at the branding iron again. They brought out chicken fried steak without gravy. They ran out of gravy so after 15 minutes of sitting there and food cold they bring out the gravy. Instead of bringing hot food to go with the gravy and then charged full price for the meal. The manager Brian was rude and did not try to make it right. So ridiculous!
The wait was crazy the food was cold and not great. They had no baked potatoes at 2 in the afternoon. Who charges 24$ for a steak and runs out of potatoesud83dude2f the waitress at least showed up for work. Will not be going back! I gave it 2 stars because they discounted my ticket 50%.
Wife and I went on a Friday night. We were sat immediately. The caesar and house salads were delicious. Our wait staff did a great job and cared for us well. The chicken fried chicken was an 7/10, the green beans were ok. The strip steak was cooked perfectly and a 10/10 on flavor. The teaxas toothpicks are also a must. Very good. We will go again.
