I've owned a Sundowner for nearly 3 years now and find it a quality product. I recently had to bring it back to Coleman factory for some warranty work and I can't say enough good about the warranty staff. They took great care of me and communicated throughout the repair process. Upon picking the unit up, we did a walk thru of the repairs and they addressed items that were NOT on my list! This company goes above and beyond! A great warranty and a great staff to back it up.
Sundowner was once a one stop shop without any question. With the last few trailers purchased, we have noticed quite a drop in quality. And with the recent understanding that their price has gone up drastically is quite upsetting. Sure wish they would figure things out.
Frank and Ronnie thank you for your help and dignity. I really appreciate good old fashion customer service. Keep up the great work and thank you for working during these tough times.

We bought a brand new 24 foot stake! Within 10 days of having it, problems began! Wheel well off, tires rub. Floor separating and when unhitching the jack went through the floor! Frank and Ronnie agree structure malfunction, wants us to drive it 2,000 miles to them. We tried to get in a month after purchasing and driving across country, but they were too busy to fit us in! Sundowners trailers are horribly made! Definitely would not recommend this company. We just became full time RV'ers and now we sit in a parking lot!nn2 months now,we have been sitting trying to get trailer fixed! NO ONE WILL TOUCH IT!nBEWARE THESE TRAILERS ARE NOT BUILT TO STANDARD! THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR A POORLY BUILT TRAILER!!! THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE!!
