Total professionals, if whatever I’m looking for is there...that’s where I will buy it... I don’t care if it is cheaper down the road.... from weed eater line or a tractor..., ....these folks always do the right thing and I would definitely pay extra to do business with folks like these… I had an issue that was undisclosed with a piece of equipment because I never used it until a year later.... I’m not going to say they broke the rules... but they definitely bent them for me to do the right thing.....Only place I will do business now. Top notch and honest. Hobe was my salesman. He was a straight shooter. The equipment was exactly what he said it was. Refreshing to deal with a solid , and honest salesman. The business was well organized, clean and fresh stocked.

If you are wanting a Tractor/Lawn Mower or attachment for your tractor, I can’t say enough about the folks involved with the service, honest pricing for repairs and the total experience United Ag and Turf provides.nI had been a loyal customer for more than 30 years. I Purchased my tractor from them, went back to them to add a front end loader to my tractor and had also purchased a finish mower from them. So, when my clutch went out I loaded it and took it to them. Here’s where United Ag and Turf far exceeds their competition, especially in comparison to Central New Holland. The events which took place at central New Holland were appalling. I was quoted $900. More for service (replacing clutch) than what United would charge. Mechanic wanted to charge extra for putting front end loader back on tractor, when I hadn’t authorized for it to be taken off in the first place and It was above a diagnostic charge of $150. Service manager (also owner’s daughter) wasn’t telling the same story as mechanic. They sure aren’t concerned with keeping Customers.nMy next Tractor or attachment will be in Green, John Deere Green. I’d rather drive to Purcell for old fashioned service where they shoot straight and are interested in keeping customers any day.nThanks again to Scott Stevens for introducing me to United Ag and Turf and to all the guys Who took care of my tractor needs.nLinda Nellis
