Bob's is a historic restaurant. I've been in towns 300 miles away and overheard people talking about Bob's bbq in little old Pauls Valley. Their ribs are awesome. Some of the best around. Awesome smokey flavor and a great crust. Home cut fries too. The people complaining on here probably think Rib Crib is good bbq. ud83eudd23

It was ok. Ribs were decent. Sliced brisket was dry pork tenderloin was ok.

Got lunch there. My husband and I got sandwiches, mine was small, his was large. We share a full order of fries, and 2 Cokes. $21.40. $6.00 tip. The sliced brisket was very tender. Chopped porkloin was too. It was all marvelous. It was so good we didn't hardly drink our sodas. We loved it and will go again.
