Just cruisin' down the highway trying to beat the storm on my way home to Texas and had to stop for a bite to eat. I went in with in with the pragmatic goal of scoring me a couple of tacos. But what I got was a level of customer service that blew away my expectations. I was greeted immediately by the manager with a genuine, warm smile. Then, the employee who helped me was just as friendly and attentive. I left there uplifted and encouraged, and, of course, with a couple of delicious tacos in tow. Yeah! That's the way it should be done! Thanks, TB team, for sending me on my way happy!
Been through here twice now on my way home to Missouri. First trip) burnt soft tacos. Second trip) half a scoop of beef on the nacho belgrande and no nacho cheese.nCustomer service was good so I’ll give them the second star.

I'd give today's 10 stars if I could. The staff were extremely nice and respectful to us and everyone else that entered the restaurant. We got our order faster than usual and it was good as usual. Great job today taco bell staff!
Smooth is how this place runs we were able to get in the drive through and back on the relatively quick.
