It was great! I ordered guacamole to begin with...made fresh with onions, tomatoes, and jalapenos chopped up in it. For my meal, I had the chicken taco salad. The chicken was grilled to perfection. The vegetables were fresh, and crispy. The waitress never let my glass run dry, and was friendly and courteous. I enjoyed the meal, the ambience, and the experience as a whole. I like Mexican food, but I love Cactus Jack's Cantina!
