The UPS Store

These guys and girls are great at this location! I only have one bone to pick. I feel like I'm walking into a mortuary every time I go into the store. Play some music or something! You got to livin this place up!

This is a great location, I’m here usually at least once a week for work, if not more often. Every person who works here that I’ve dealt with is polite and I’ve never had any issues. Highly recommend.

This review is directed towards the manager at this location, Mel Simon. Absolutely terrible customer service, attitude, abysmal representation of the UPS brand and complete lack of knowledge. After extensive research on how to ship a particular item, I was first helped by the UPS associate Hunter (who was extremely polite and eager to assist and provide a solution). After Mel telling me that he, or any other UPS location was unable to ship the item, he directed me to an FFL dealer. Despite having the policy in front of me on my phone, Mel wanted nothing to do with it and said just because it is on our website doesn't mean that is the way UPS conducts business. Upon arrival at the FFL dealer, I was redirected back to UPS.nnI went to a different UPS store near Atlantic where they were able to accommodate my shipment per the same policy I had spent time researching.nnI then took the time to drive all the way back to the location to speak with Mel. I first acknowledged that he had a great employee in Hunter who did everything he could to assist and went above and beyond to provide great customer service. I then told Mel that I was there to educate him about UPS’ policy regarding the item in question. Instead of owning his mistake he continued to justify his bad behavior and poor level of customer service.nnThis was my first and last time I will use this location!

Mel is amazing! Repackaged my box free of charge due to a mixup.

High highly recommend this store! Mel is one of the best employees ever and goes outstanding service compared to any other store!
