Ed is nothing but rude. Feel like I am bothering him for shipping something out. Staff could not be more rude. Ed treated me very rude and will never ever be returning. He treated me as if he wanted out and gone of his store. To be the owner and demonstrate such poor customer service is a skill a owner needs to improve. I discourage anyone going to this location and will ever ever be returning. Not to mention nieces to ship the smallest item is a ripoff.

Ed and Christine are the best! I had a box there for a couple of years, and shipped many packages. I could rely on them to look for the most economical shipping method, not the one that would give them the most profit. Very honest and good people, go above and beyond—don’t hesitate to do business with them.

I can’t say enough positive things about these guys. I am woodworker and ship everything from coasters to serving boards to coffee tables, and shipping is the worst part. However, these guys make it so easy. They are extremely helpful with packaging hard-to-ship items, they offer helpful unbiased advice, and because they ship through multiple carriers you know you’re getting the best price and their pricing to box and package items is a fraction of what other places charge.nThanks to these guys I no longer have to dread shipping my pieces.

THE BEST SHIPPER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!nI bought some fragile, awkwardly sized items at an auction in Raleigh. After another packing company bailed on their promise to handle pick-up and shipping to Illinois, I found Quick Pack & Ship via a google search. I ended up speaking with a gentleman named Ed @ the 3201 Edwards Mill location. He was friendly, professional and helpful in our first call.nI was under a time constraint to have my items picked up from the auction house and Ed took it upon himself to pick up the items personally- making two trips in his own car to bring all of the items to Quick Pack & Ship. He then walked me through the options for packing and shipping the items and was more communicative about the process than anyone I have ever dealt with. He sent me itemized spreads sheets listing the dimensions & weights of the 9 boxes he'd put together and helped me look for shipping options too.nnOnce my packages were picked up, he continued to check-in to ask whether my items arrived safely. When they finally did, I was blown away by the extremely well packaged items- it took me an hour to unpack them! No damage to anything including 100 year old pottery and delicate hand- carved wood figures.nnI have shipped a lot of fragile items from out of state over the years, but have never had anyone take the care before, during and after the process that Ed showed. He is a true professional and I wouldn't hesitate to call him in the future.
