I am in my 40s and this was my first time visiting an audiologist. Great experience right from the start! Kind and helpful interaction with Karen and Darla through email and phone in preparation for my first appt and follow ups.nAppointments with Dr Baldwin have been great! He is professional, but friendly and easy to talk to. Things were explained clearly and in terms I could understand :). I would recommend Carolina Hearing Group.

I visited at two hearing providers before going to Carolina Hearing at the suggestion of my doctor. I found the group there to be courteous, helpful, friendly, patient and focused upon helping me hear better. I purchased the latest technology and they have steadily adjusted it to consistently improve my poor hearing. I no longer struggle in Zoom meetings and telephone conversations. It's made a big difference in my life.

I was impressed with Dr. Baldwin right from the start. He came to the waiting room to call me personally. All of the examination procedures were conducted by the doctor. A good explanation of my condition was presented followed by a recommended treatment. I left feeling optimistic that I would receive relief from my condition after treatment.

Very helpful, understanding & friendly staff. No matter what the need is in correcting your hearing aid they take the time to show you each step to prevent a next time. Would recommend Carolina Hearing to anyone that is in need. In fact I have told couple of people about this business. Brenda Denton
