I purchased a knee brace from them then realized I purchased wrong kind took it back for refund the gentleman took my phone # said it will take about 10 days due to COVID restrictions with returning items it has been over a month and I have call and can not get a answer on my refund.

I called Raleigh Medical Supply in search of a pack of DuoDERM bandages. I was quoted less than $12.00 for a pack of 5. When I arrived, I requested the pack. I noticed a price tag on the box for $13.95 I think. The lady rings it up and tells me that will be $66. and something! I asked her to repeat it because I just couldn’t believe she tried to charge me so much for a pack of bandages. I kindly said “No Ma’am. I’ll order them from Amazon (at a total cost of $13.35). I have made a few purchases here, and the prices were fair; that’s why I returned for the bandages. This is definitely price gouging, and very disappointing. I will not be making anymore purchases from this establishment.

Several years ago, with a trimalleolar fracture of my right ankle, I rented a walker & knee scooter from Raleigh Medical Supply. I went there because it was the closest medical supply store to my house & I had to take an Uber there (I couldn't drive due to my fractured ankle).nnLater, a friend commented that I'd been WAY overcharged and, sure enough, when I called the other medical supply stores in Raleigh, their prices were much lower. I could've PURCHASED the exact same equipment on Amazon for what they charged me to rent it!nnToday, I went there planning to get some compression hose & the owner told me that they don't accept my insurance for payment (Tricare Military Retirees' insurance); in fact, he said that they've NEVER accepted it, which is untrue because I've used it there before.nnIf the owner of Raleigh Medical Supply is not supportive enough of military members & retirees to accept their insurance (any longer), he'll NEVER get my business! I will gladly go elsewhere!

Highly recommend Raleigh Medical! They are such sweet and genuine people, but also are so helpful and knowledgeable about all equipment. Have a great selection of products and will definitely be back!!
