BB&T

Unfortunately this is the closest BB&T to my house.. this place is honestly horrible they have one good associate named Ben any time I’ve ever needed something I ask for Ben he always comes through with great customer service and is a joy to work with! BUT the others others in the other hand are a joke I’ve been tryin to get a replacement debit card for the last two months I’m currently in line now originally the issue was just the simple fact of the card not making it to my house which is understandable one or two times not four to make matters worse I had my last card sent to the branch. Assuming that BB&T wasn’t to blame and maybe it really did get lost in postage but I was told I would receive a call when my new debit card was received at the branch NOW my temp card has stop working and I never received a call so I reached out to BB&T to see if my card had arrived or if I needed a new debit card issued and THANKFULLY before I had a new card ordered for me I had to ask the associate to check and see if my card was in mail box since it was supposed to come to the branch in the first place... turns out they’ve had my card for a couple of weeks and never called I’m not sure what they were thinking if they were thinking at all..? Very careless awful customer service.. it’s crazy to me how the card made it to the mail box and the customer was just left hanging out to dry. I’m currently sitting in line to get my card me and the other 4 cars have been sitting in like for 35 min now with two windows open you’d think 4 cars would be through in 20 min but then again it did take 30 min for me to get temp card last time I came by.. like I said very bad customer service minus Ben, very slow as well. If you’re going to be bad you could try and be fast.. seems like associates have no idea what there doing maybe that’s why it takes so long .. I’m not sure hopefully someone who does will step in and help this branch

I've stopped at every BBT in the triangle. This one is about average which means long wait times, but they get you what you need eventually.

Always freindly service. Everyone seems to know everyone's name - that's great.

Have needed to get in touch with the bank about an problem with an account. There is nothing but a busy signal and no way to contact the bank. This is terrible!!!!!!!!

Today I called this location to inquire about my home equity loan. I specifically asked to speak to someone who handles that. I was given Sandy's name and was transferred where I got her voice mail. This was 2:00. Tired of waiting I called 4 other local BBT's. Finally, was able to talk to a lady in the Regency branch who took the time to answer some general questions. By 3:30 I was tired of waiting for a call and called the Beaver Creek BBT again. By some remarkable chance I was able to speak to Sandy who by some remarkable revelation informed me she is not the one to speak to in the first place. She did tell me she would transfer me to the one I should have spoken to. Talk about a runaround. My time is just as important as theirs. After talking with the right person I am expecting results without my having to make more calls. Time will tell.
