After hearing Karen discuss the user name and password at the teller window inside loud enough for EVERYONE to hear, I felt a 1 Star was earned. Almost yelling out a members user name and password is unacceptable. No fellow employee calling her out and stopping this huge issue is almost as bad.nnThen two weeks later stopped by only to hear a teller, AT A BANK, advise a customer they didn’t have any 100 dollar bills....AT A BANK! I have been a member since 1984 and have used branches all over the state. Sad to say such a wonderful town has such a poor run SECU Branch.

I just left the Credit Union in Mt. Airy, North Carolina. They have made a huge mistake by putting my funds into someone else's account. We have resolved the issue, and they have admitted that it was their mistake. But because of my funds being put into the wrong account, interest has been charged to me and they will not remove it. I definitely will be moving all my banking to another bank because they are punishing me for their mistake. Plus, now I can never trust them again with my money. When you put your hard earned money into a bank, you want to trust them and be treated nicely. The loan officer that was assisting me with this issue was very short with me and even said that if they need they harass their customers. Is this the customer service people want? I can't believe she said that. This shows me what they think of their customers. So, if you bank with the Credit Union please look at your accounts carefully. They will cheat you!

How does a federal credit union order 100 plus dollars in Togo food from a restaurant during this crisis and not leave the people who are getting paid minimum wage plus tips a tip .
