First Community Bank

I have had an account with First Community Bank for over 15 years. They had a heavy footprint in NC, however, in recent years have pulled back somewhat from the Winston-Salem market. They have really great customer service, so I decided to stay with them when they sold off that part of the business. I’m really glad I did. My wife is a raft guide in WV, so it makes sense for us to keep that account to deposit checks into in the Beckley, WV area. We recently had some fraud occur and they worked with us on closing and opening a new account. Very professional and I can’t really believe how seamless they were about everything. I highly recommend First Community Bank. It doesn’t matter which branch I go to, I always get great service. Try them out. You won’t be disappointed.

Mostly friendly and courteous. Sometimes helpful when asking questions.

Bank is great.But atm is horrible.It has not gave me credit for my deposits twice..Always not working.
