Wilding Wallbeds

On October 26, 2020 I sent a "please contact me" message to Wilding Wallbeds. Approximately 3 min later Penny called me.  She asked me what I was looking for and we talked about the beds I had seen on their website.  The one I wanted was going to take approximately 15 weeks to get to me which wasn't going to work for us.  Penny then asked if she could call me back in the morning because she knew they were going to have new in stock items beginning November 1st.   The next morning she called me and said they had a bed similar to the one I liked but she couldn't order it until November 1st.  I was ecstatic!  This was working out great!  I gave her my info and anticipated that she would call November 1st to confirm the order.  The next day, Penny called and said her manager said she could go ahead and get the order started.  The customer service they provide is outstanding from the beginning to end.  Delivery was easy and on time.  Prior to my handyman coming to put the bed together, I sent him links to the installation videos.  When he arrived he knew exactly what needed to be done and said he wished every job he did had such easy to follow directions. I almost forgot to add that the Newport bed is beautiful and the quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding! I have nothing but glowing accolades for Wilding Wallbeds.  You definitely get what you pay for!  Thank you for making this such an easy process!

We have a very small bedroom and wanted an alternative to a sleeper sofa. We found Wilding Beds online and were very impressed with the quality and beauty of their products. Called and talked to Penny several times, she was always very pleasant and very knowledgeable. We had reservations about assembling the bed ourselves but after getting a pep talk from Penny and watching the assembling videos, we have the confidence to put the bed together. Excellent product, excellent service!!

Found these guys online. Spoke with Brandon who had been a real pleasure to work with. I run a movie studio from our estate with a lot of celebrity clients and so far everyone loves the look and functionality of the product. The quality is up there with the best we’ve seen. And the prices are fair. Highly recommend these guys for you Murphy bed needs.

I purchased the Park City Wallbed. In an era where the majority of the furniture you purchase is just garbage (MDF wrapped with a ultra thin veneer), these wallbeds are the real thing. The Oak wood on the pull down door is 1" thick SOLID OAK. It will last a lifetime. Even where plywood is used, such as the exterior casing for the bed, the veneer is twice as thick as what you can buy at Lowes or Home Depot. Thick enough to allow for sanding and refinishing multiple times, if ever needed. The engineering of this bed is excellent. All the parts fit exactly as they are supposed to, the metal frame is heavy gauge, and the wood finish is 1st rate. The assembly videos on the Wilding website are excellent. Very detailed and easy to follow. I prefer it over the instructions that come with the bed. A word of caution: when you are mounting the frame rails to the wood panels, BE SURE to get them centered on the panels, if you are off by more than 1/8" you'll have problems closing the door into the frame (the support legs won't fit in the case). It took me about 5 hours to assemble the bed, mostly because I have an Oak model. The wood is so hard, you have to pre-drill all of the 100+ holes for the frame and stiffener screws. I would recommend Wilding Wallbeds to anyone, without reservation. They are a great example of what Made in America is supposed to mean.
