There were AMAZING! Michael was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products he was showing me. He worked with me the entire project, even when I had to put it on hold due to a death in the family.
The installers were AMAZING as well. Even after a long day and delays in getting to my place, they were exhausted and still did what they could. They had to return the following day to finish up the install, due to the late hour, but they completed the job without any issues.
Everyone at Bedrock was kind, considerate, hard working, appreciative of my business and were willing to do whatever possible to make sure I got great countertops!
Pricing was fair... customer service was AMAZING! I went to two other companies and did not even get the time of day. If you want to be treated and valued as a person and customer... LOOK NOWHERE ELSE!
Great service! From Jon, the Salesperson - who we first talked with and who was very patient, knowledgeable and forthright - to the guys who came out and did the actual installation of our granite countertops this morning (Graham, Josh and Junior), this company is first rate and did a wonderful job.
I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. I honestly don't think things could have gone any better or any smoother. 5 stars across the board!
We are absolutely in love with our new quartz countertops! Marissa was so great to work with. She was very knowledgeable and responsive to every question I had throughout the process. Milton and his team did a wonderful job on the install and we couldn’t be more pleased!
Needed to have my countertop reinstalled after flood restoration. The company that did the original install wouldn't return my phone calls and no one else wanted to touch it because "it wasn't their product". Happened to pass Bedrock Quartz on the way home from an errand. Parked in their parking lot, saw their 5 star reviews on Google, headed in. I was helped immediately and they were happy to take on the job as a repair. Everyone associated with the project from start to finish was great to work with. I was impressed with the timely scheduling, the great communication, and the care of the installation - right down to leaving a neatly folded blanket after the counter top had been laying on it in the garage for the last 8 months. Marissa, Jacki, Michael, and the install team: can't thank you enough for your help in getting my laundry room back to working order!
We worked with Michael in St. George to order new marble counter-tops for our living room built-ins. We had an excellent experience! Highly recommend.
