For my kitchen remodel, I purchased Jasmine quartz for countertops and backsplash. The quartz looks even better that I could have imagined. I originally liked LG Minuet that I had seen elsewhere but the cost was higher than I wanted to spend. Lon was a great help in showing me the Jasmine, which was more economical than the LG Minuet, and I liked the Jasmine better. During the initial template visit from Loren, we felt that his advice was very valuable. We were changing the shape of our island, and his insight of how we could do this, in order to keep everything very functional and clean-looking, eased our minds. On his second visit for templating the backsplash, he suggested adding a splash on a side wall to facilitate the best fit on the backsplash wall. The look is perfect. Getting a quote was easy. Installers were professional, and everyone we dealt with left us feeling very fortunate that we had found Southwest Marble & Granite.

My experience working with Southwest Granite was all very positive, the whole crew did a marvelous job, very courteous caring friendly so I highly recommend this company for any stonework. They all have so much experience putting it all together went very slick.

ordered tile from Southwest Tile in St. George Utah and it was a disaster. I ordered my tile and was told that it was going to be ready for pick up in two weeks at the latest. I made arrangements to drive down and pick up my tile twice and they didn't end up having my tile. I live in Salt lake so it was not around the corner. I made multiple calls and was told on multiple occasions that someone would call me back they didn't I had to reach out every single time. they ended up having to have my tile re ordered as it went to another state. Southwest tile charged me to ship the tile even after it was delayed almost three weeks due to their error. This caused a delay in my project. I feel that they provided poor communication and should of shipped the tile at their expense due to it being their error or their vendors error.

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. There were a few communications problems between the sales department and the shop, but once those were worked out everything ran smoothly. Jackie Sanders was a delight to work with and catered to all of the Owners needs that arose with speed and efficiency. Thank you Jackie! The workmanship is excellent both for the quartz and granite countertops; edges are highly polished and smoothed to perfection. The fit is outstanding. I would highly recommend working with Southwest Marble and Granite.
