Bank of America (with Drive-thru services)

Bank of America and this branch are very dishonest! I made a deposit on Monday, March 8, 2021 and received a printed statement that a partial hold would be on my deposit due to the amount. March 10 more than $5000 should have been released, and was not. Upon contacting customer service and going thru 3 tiers of management, I was finally told they were unable to verify funds for my deposit. However, we found this to be untrue. Upon communication with the other bank, we found that Bank of America hadn’t made no attempts at all to verify funds for the check. I am beyond disgusted as now Bank of America tells me it will be March 16 before they release funds. I have a print out guaranteeing me release March 10. This is fraud! When I ask how I could file a complaint, the supervisor I spoke with told me that it was impossible to file a complaint with Bank of America or a grievance. Do not trust this bank! Do not deposit with this bank! I have contacted the FDIC, and following through with formal complaint. This is the pandemic and people do you need their money. I cannot believe this bank is still treating their customers with such disrespect and disregard.

Need to update drive through window hours. Online stated open. In person closed. Waste of my time. 40 min drive

If I could leave a ZERO star review, I would! This is the worst bank EVER! Worst customer service. Zero compassion and zero help. I hope someone higher up sees this and starts questioning their people. The local bank sent me to the national number and my patience was gone within the first 10 seconds.

Cant get them to answer their phone during normal business hours.

Went in today to withdraw from ATM Could not Went inside the bank Spoke to teller about problem Said she couldn't help Asked me to call 800 number at the back of my cardnI asked if I can withdraw from the bank (?? I'm in front of you people) Said to fill up withdrawal slip and give IDnBut I said I have my bank card with me and could do it that way IT IS LIKE PULLING TEETH with these folks They won't give you options and you have to ASK for everything! And you can sense the condescension on the tone of the voice Horrible customer service If everything works online and on app I would never have to deal with all this $%$!
