We called for an appointment to repair a gas log fireplace that had not been serviced for more than a decade. They set an appointment on the spot for two days later. Jay showed up 15 minutes early. It took all of 45 minutes to repair the problem, put in a new switch, clean out the entire unit, including the glass and haul away all the dirt and dust. The unit looks new, works great and cost just over $100. It was incredible work, done quickly at a very reasonable price.
My experience with Alpine Fireplaces was excellent. The best products and service! Very professional staff!
The guys were a little late but once they got here, they did a good job. He even touched up the firebox to make it look better.
I love Alpine Fireplaces. They have great equipment and they are so professional and courteous. I have been so pleased with our fireplace. I highly recommend Rob and his staff with any of your needs!
If you call and they say they'll call you back, don't hold your breath. Just call someone else! So I ordered elsewhere and he lost a $600.00 sale. LOSER
