It's horrendously obvious how differently these people treat customers based on appearance.nnThe first time I went here, I was with one other person. The cashier was courteous, the food was delivered promptly, and the burger and fries tasted delicious. That deserves a star.nnBut just an hour later when we sat down with a third friend to wait for the rest of our group, the cafeteria people kicked us out for drinking water from our own water bottles before we even had a chance to order. The seating area was mostly empty, so there was no need to rush. Our group left the museum immediately afterwards despite not seeing all the exhibits.nnI brought my friends here this time, but there is no chance I'll make the same mistake again.nnEdit: after reading the other reviews, apparently there is a brand associated with this place. I won't bother when I see this brand in the future.

The customer service here is absolutely awful. Employees are lazy, and could care less about actually helping customers... Which is surprising considering that's LITERALLY their job. The food is great, but not good enough to deal with the poor attitudes of the employees. Current staff definitely needs to be retrained. And there NEEDS to be a more efficient way to get customers refills and to go boxes. I don't think it's fair or reasonable to make someone wait 10+ minutes in line for either....

Enjoyed a great lunch here while exploring the museum. Caesar salad with salmon, grilled cheese with turkey, cheese pizza and chicken strips for the kids were delicious. The fries here are awesome. And they’ve got a nicely stocked bar with plenty of local beers on tap. Very satisfied with the overall experience. ud83eudd19ud83cudffcud83eudd19ud83cudffc

Bartender was great but need more people working on weekends. Waited 30 minutes just to get the check. Manager was busy cleaning glasses instead of helping with customers.

Italian sausage and farro soup was tasty, but the fries were quite salty (crispy though). Sandwiches were also delicious.
