Website “open hours” indicate 9 am, but when calling at 9:45 the voice message is still stating “closed”.nPlease change website hours to indicate correct business hours.

This bank is in a convenient location, I go here at least twice a month, if I'm unable to venture to one of the other locations...yet I'm almost always asked if I have an account with them. The lady that took care of me today, not one of the clerks, but a desk holder...asked if I had an account with them, as well as for my social security number, all while holding my license in her hand. Just type in the info and you'll see that I've had an account with BB&T since 2004! I'd recommended trying to make long term patrons feel a little more welcome. Definitely didn't feel that way today.

Probably the worst bank around since the merge. Constantly BS fees. Don't waste your time.
