Sound Banking Co

Great service but needs ATMs.

Sadly not the same once it became Dogwood. No ATM's and they closed all the other branches, so it's a pain to make deposits. Customer service is Ok, but sometimes the tellers are a little bit rude. When they first took over Sound Bank, they were so busy and slow. They also took all the phones off the hook for DAYS, just so they didn't have to deal with calls.nSound bank used to stand out in the way they treated people and the services they offered. But now that Dogwood bought it, they're just another pain in the butt bank. I closed my accounts and switched banks.

Our church has had a great experience with Dogwood as our bank. We appreciate them as I think they appreciate our business as well

Did they change their phone number? I have been calling for two days now with NO answer. I know they all aren't that busy for someone, anyone to answer the phone. I'm taking my business elsewhere, where they will answer a phone call ud83dude44

No matter what time of the day (even at closing time) customers should always be the priority. There is no reason for tellers to close their (booths?) while there is still customers in the line, just so said teller can go home faster. The customers have things to do too. And while on the clock, the customer comes first. Enough said.
