Do not get your Covid vaccine here. We had an appointment but we were told that we did not have one at the front desk. They were disorganized, had confusing/conflicting signs, and did not have a proper waiting area inside of the building. Horrible experience.

Today I went to pick up a few prescriptions and currently mom is disabled, I don’t have family here in Burlington and this was my first time getting a prescription filled at this location and a kind pharmacist director named Cynthia I believe, helped me so much today. She sat there and took the time to help me get my prescription for free through CVScaremark. I could have not asked for a better pharmacy to go to. Such a kind and welcoming staff

They HUNG UP ON ME!!!! Can't imagine how they treat other people!!!!

Dr. Emily headrick was great, she was kind and very thorough with me and answered all of my questions probably one of the best doctors this office has ever had, unfortunately the front desk staff not so much. When I first checked in the lady charged me a copay of $25 which I took care of assuming that they had verified my insurance I didn’t ask any questions, at the end of my visit I was made aware they still had my previous insurance on file so doesn’t seem they actually work on verifying the patients insurance? My only concern is being left with a bill later down the road because of them not being able to do there job. Other than that great experience with the doctor and the nurse.

My appt was at 10:20 its now 10:50. Terrible service dosent matter if your on time or not
