FastMed Urgent Care

My visit to the FastMed Burlington NC location was quick, easy and convenient! Tracie(the lady at the front desk) was very friendly and informative as well as professional! The facility was neat, clean and accommodating with lots of informative reading and viewing material. I was in and out in time to enjoy the rest of my day which was a huge plus!! Thanks for all you guys do and please keep it up!!

Staff very nice. Experience was professional and well organized. All the staff was engaging and good communicators they doctor and nurses were very helpful and showed genuine concern for my health.n2nd time I have been there and both times very good experience.

When we arrived we were told there was a 15min. wait. Then quickly it turned into 1 hour wait. But the nurse and doctor were great once we were called back.nI would definitely recommend this place.

I came in with nausea and vomiting. I had barely eaten anything all week. Even though there were people ahead of me I was rated an emergency case. Thank you for that. I was immediately lead into an exam room and vitals were taken soon after. Then the doctor came in and examined me. Asked a lot of questions. He felt for them to give me a bag of fluids and a shot of anti nausea medicine. I was led to a trauma room and made comfortable. IV was placed with little discomfort. Anti nausea medicine administered. I believe I was there for about an hour. I was checked on repeatedly. Offered water. And my lungs were checked twice for fluid build up. Sent home with instructions if it started up again or got worse to head to the ER.nnI have never been treated with such respect. From check in to check out. I highly recommend this location.nnAnd to the people who own this faculty. Please limit the amount of covid tests per day. You are taking valuable times for folks like me who need to see the doctor away from us. I know this testing is important but there are other issues people are having.
