Cone Health Urgent Care at Burlington

Very unsatisfied. Everyone was very nice when I was there. But nobody asked me about sending out samples to an outside lab and I was told it would be around 150 of a bill sent to me. I told them I just moved here and have no Insurance and just want to do as little as possible.nnWell I got a bill for 330 and a 2nd one a few weeks later for 70. Very upset. I talked to billing and the lady was extremely rude. And now I'm stuck asking my family for money to pay off this large bill for a bladder infection. I never got called about any results from the tests they supposedly sent out to a lab , so how am i supposed to even know that they did that? I had to ask billing to send me an itemized receipt more than once before I received it and I didnt approve anything getting sent outnnI feel taken advantage of and very unsatisfied with this establishment

I havent been to the doc in 2 years due to bad experiences at the doctors. All the staff is super laid back and extra caring of their patients. If you ever had a bad experience, this place will treat you right. And I love them. They literally just opened and I was a new patient. In-and-out in literally only 20 minutes.

My experience at the clinic was wonderful. All the staff were kind and saw me very quickly, even though I had not signed up for an appointment beforehand. They offer very fair fees for appointments as well. The provider, Brittany, was very thorough in explaining her diagnosis and all the medication she had prescribed. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and ensured the visit was worthwhile and enjoyable.

By far the best urgent care I have ever been to. Made an appointment for 9:45 and I was in and out by 10:15. The PA Samantha is the most caring healthcare provider I have met. She has such a nice bubbly disposition. I like that it’s a flat rate $69 fee. The only downside is, they don’t file your insurance. The quality and quickness of the visit far exceeds the hassle of filing your own insurance.

Best thing about being a Cone Health employee! I just love Samantha Singer,PA, the physician there at the Burlington location of Instacare! I saw her in February when I had the flu and went back today for another illness. The staff is so helpful and friendly! They truly practice Cone ‘a I care mentality! I was in and out in under an hour!
