Alamance Regional Medical Center: Emergency Room

I went in last night with serious shoulder pain and was in and out in an hour. Staff was very friendly and informative. Answered all my questions and gave me everything I needed. Hopefully I won’t ever have to go back but if I do I know I’m in good hands.

The only reason this place has one star is because I am required to add one for this review! Several times we have had terrible experiences with AR, from giving my girlfriend who is suffering from extreme nausea and vomiting medicine TO vomit to consistent careless customer service. If you want your loved one to be taken care of by intentional, patient staff - THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. NEVER go to AR.

Went in last night/early am 2AM to be exact for chest pains, shoulder pains n left arm paralysis.. First Impressions ever here, registratiom staff was cold literally not personable or inviting. Then good thing (Thank Goodness was dying) as they did imma take me to the back for an EKG, n bloodwork. Thereafter was asked to be seated back n waiting area, where I stayed for 3 hours minimally. It was cold in there. I am Thankful to Maya who brought me a blanket but I've been to ER before and at the least I should've been A. Connected to heart monitor B. Been provided with an update C. SEEN.. I ENDED UP WALKING OUT NEVER BEING SEEN.. I was appauld at that experience, Im from Masaachusetts n never have I been triages then asked to wait back n reception.. Thank God I made it through the morning ..Alive...THAT'S ALL I have to say about that experience!!!

Horrible experience the worst hospital ever!!!nWorst staff worst Installations worst nurses!!

What an experience, the lil girl at the desk must have a truly miserable exsistance, it's a shame how the underworked & overpaid hold such content to those in need of what they are selling,
