IFC Pediatrics

Called to schedule a first time appointment for my son. I was still out of town the week that i had the appointment so i called the day before to cancel as i thought we would be in town by that day. They told me they don’t reschedule patients they’ve never seen before. Was totally unaware of that and uninformed by the staff of their “strict policy”. Anyways i tried to call back about 4 times to get in after the fact because this office is supposedly not discriminative towards parents medical choices for their children. Was one of the few offices that would take on those types of patients. Well i told them that i was uninformed of the policy and i can’t find any other office and they wouldn’t make an exception. Still haven’t heard back from them. It’s very frustrating that they won’t make an exception when they were at fault for not telling me this ridiculous policy.

You are better off taking your children to an urgent care or a Health Dept. It's a shame how this office runs.This office is in need of renovation equipment is beyond outdated. Never have I had such a hard time obtaining my own child's medical record and further more being charged for them.

I have had this Clinic for 20 years. If you find a Clinic for your children where your children are cared for as well as here, you are blessed.
