Most of the staff is very pleasant and competent EXCEPT for whomever they have running the front lobby area. I was treated like a child from a young woman with a horrible attitude. You might want to re evaluate the personnel that greet your patients and their family members....

I had to call three times today trying to see Dr. Mark Miller. On the third call i was told that I could see the PA Rob Tumey. He was no help at all. I was there because I had been in the er ar Moses Cone for Afib. I was told that my thyroid needed to be checked. PA said to me well you were fine last year. I asked about Dr Miller and was informed that he had left at 12. I'm really upset. Is Afib something to be brushed off? So I will be finding another dr. I'm so done . I also went in with a sore throat and some coughing and I thought well maybe he will check for strep. No he didn't. I took the covid test and seem like I was rushed out because it was almost 5. So disappointed. Never again will I be dismissed

Doctors are wonderful but Sylvia in the Lab is horrible. Don’t let her draw blood or anything. She is rude and not gentle in any sort of way. I have never been stabbed so hard in my life. She has no respect for patients.

Kernodle Clinic only does MRI scans on INSURED patients . I've been there 3 times for the same MRI scans, only to be given a once-over assessment and a prescription for my neuropathy . They even charge a $100. fee for getting there just a few minutes late, but ONLY if you're uninsured . Sounds like that John Q movie, doesn't it ?

Worse facility I’ve ever been to. Doctors are great but, the office help is on kindergarten level. It takes weeks and numerous calls for a prior authorization and then you get a new prescription called in instead of the authorization you need. This has happened time and time again. No one reads their notes and follows instructions over there.
