Cone Health MedCenter Mebane

I prefer this team of health care professionals over my families primary care Doctors. At the Mebane Cone Health Urgent Care, our ailments are always diagnosed correctly and treated in a timely manor. The staff here is Always very attentive and thorough. My Primary care Doctors make me return (and pay) again and again with the same problem/complaints. These Doctors will diagnose and help you rather than send you home to see how many more days your fever or problems will last. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of medical attention.

I've been going here for 3yrs and I'm a young adult *24 and while my doctor is fantastic I'm eating 3 stars because the two ladies at the front desk are off putting. Everytime I come in or speak with then on the phone they are short, rude or flat out uncaring. I work for hospital and I know what is like to see patients everyday but the service from these two is terrible. I have seen how they treat the elders and then how they treat me. I have a great nurse that I always see as well as my doctor and they are the only reason I continue to stay. I'm not sure who to talk to about this which is the reason for my review. They completely changed the mood when they speak to you. The waiting room is already dark to begin with but these two make it terrible. They dont say hello, they wait for you to speak as though they are so busy. They've done this to my Mom as well. Please address them so that they can be more welcoming to EVERYONE not just the older crowd that comes in. Also labcorp Amanda was fantastic!

Came here today with my father and saw PA Bill Roemer and Melissa. Everyone from reception on was super helpful and kind. Couldn’t have asked for a better visit. Thank you for taking care of us today!

Dr. Cook took excellent of me. The nurses Becky and Melissa were very attentive. I would recommend this urgent care.

Experienced staff. Very satisfied with all the people working today, Sunday.
