Usually Sonic has much better service, but this visit was atrocious. I ordered from the app and went to pick it up... simple, right? Not really. My phone didn't have service so I ordered from the app via WiFi at home. Optimally I should have been able to pull into a stall, push the button and receive my order that was already paid for ud83dude44. Nope. I pull in and push the button, wait about 3 minutes and push the button again... no response. I then move to another stall and push the button, wait, push the button, I did this for about 15 minutes before I even saw a car hop with an order. I had just called out to her when a voice came over the intercom. I informed the voice that I was there to pick up my order and she said it'd be right out. Okay, about 10 minutes later my order was brought out and I was informed that they were out of onion rings and wanted to know what I'd like to replace them with!? Seriously! Why not ask me over the intercom *BEFORE* you bring my order out?? I had to wait another 10 minutes for the tater tots, which were slightly cheaper, but they didn't even offer anything for the price differential or the exorbitant inconvenience. ud83eudd28

Food was not very good their footlong was two hot dogs in a bun their food was cold and had to wait 45 minutes to receive it other hot dog was supposed to be ketchup onion only came with everything supposed to get large fries and got small tater tots they're strawberry shake was barely strawberry was almost still pure white and had no cream for coffee their speaker didn't work and didn't even know that I had already paid for my food tried to make me pay again

I love ordering from the sonic app! Food is always ready when I get there. Just drive up, check in, and they bring it right out. No waiting! They also have 1/2 price drinks and other deals on the app.
