My partner tried to call up there today while crying trying to schedule an appointment. The person that answered were very rude to her and told her she needs to find someplace else. Did not even try and give her any info of places that might work. They just hung up on her. It’s disgraceful. When it’s your job is to help people who are mentally unstable and going through so much pain, and then treat them like garbage. Shame on you.

I really like this place. I need a psychiatrist and therapy while in out of state in college. They were so kind and thorough. My first appt lasted 3 hours. Even tho its time consuming, they answered all my questions and gave me what i needed. Im a complicated case with multiple mental illnesses and they are treating each and everyone of them. They treat you with respect. Sallie, one of the nurse practitioners, was so welcoming. Highly recommend.

I love this clinic! The providers listen to you and care about your health and well being. Every time I walk into the clinic I feel like I'm treated like family. The environment is so calm and instantly puts you as ease when you walk in.

The staff are incredibly courteous and helpful. You can see they really care.

I was running low on my medication and called to set up an appointment to refill and I called everyday for a week and never got thru to the office. I’ve been off my meds for 3 days. Not okay.
