Urgent Team Walk-in Urgent Care - Starkville

I'm going to try to make this short. There have been many bad reviews I've noticed because of the receptionist. The receptionist IS the ONLY reason I'm giving a bad review. The NP and nurse were both very sweet, professional and caring. The RECEPTIONIST on the other hand is complete opposite. I probably will not return because of her. In the past I've left so many good reviews and my son and myself have been going there for a couple years now. She was once nice. Not sure what happened. Last couple of times she just seemed so devious. They need to hire someone else.

Recommend without reservation. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Provider is top-notch. They listen, they care, and what they do works!

The receptionist at the front desk is VERY rude. She clearly doesn’t like her job and need to quit. If you’re having a bad day you don’t take it out on others. I’m NOT the first person to leave a review about the receptionist being rude. Honestly urgent care you could hire someone that actually enjoy their job. I’m pretty sure you’re customers would really appreciate it. The receptionist is VERY unprofessional. You just don’t be rude to patients.

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I made an appointment for 12:15 and filled out all of the paper work online. I was called in after about 45 min of waiting for the receptionist to see my insurance. After an hour and 30 min of waiting, I called and she informed me it would be AT LEAST another hour and she was very rude and never apologized. I waiting for THREE HOURS and was finally seen at 3:33. The doctor was very nice and sweet. As I left the receptionist was not at the desk so a line of people had to wait about 15 min for her to come back. I was told to call Monday for my results and I have now called 8 different times and nobody will answer. It would have been nice to know how long the wait actually was going to be. DO NOT waste your time going here.

Went there to get a Covid test which went fairly well but never heard back about the results and the line was always busy. The results of the test need to be communicated as soon as possible. I will not go back.
