Wards of Bassfield has the WORST night shift of any place I have ever been to. Honestly I’m sick of spending my money there in the evening. The manager is always rude, slow, and has no regard for customer service. She definitely does not care how her employees are acting either! If this wasn’t the only place to eat at night (Dollar general lost all food due to a power outage) I would probably blow up at the next person with an attitude and never go back!!

The food and service were both excellent!
Nothing is ever fresh especially the buns...at any Wards. Rude cashier hands me my bag and doesn't smile or say a word.
