AT&T Store

What started out as sad news, that I’d drowned my old phone turned into good news that I could get a newer phone AND an Apple Watch???? What? Yep. Many kudos and thanks to Zipporah who was upbeat and helpful and considerate. I appreciated her kindness and cheerful disposition.

Ashley Leach was an excellent help. She took time to update my plan and gave me everything I needed. Keep up the great work

Dewayne was the best. Helped us the entire phone section and plan. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Great first impression to AT&T.

I went into AT&T for an accessories and they had me waiting for over 40 min. And when I asked the employee for help she made snark remark. Not only was it unreasonable to have to wait this long for a screen protector but for the employees to not care made it even worse. There were about 11 people in the store and there was no order to how customers were being helped. I left after 40min of no assistance and will never return to this location under any circumstances. Strongly don’t recommend.
