***updated 3.9.21*** even after not being able to visit BWW over the past year, I went in this afternoon and immediately was recognized by name. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.nAlways great service and great food when ever I order online for lunch. With a limited amount of time for lunch during work I can always count on BWW to come through with my order on time and correct. Highly recommend.

really wish I could post this with no stars. placed an order and when the food arrived the order was incorrect. So my husband reached out to the store to see if they could remake the order so we could have the correct thing.nnWhen we called, we were placed on hold several times after an associate rudely asked what we expected her to do about the order. After waiting over 30 minutes on hold my husband spoke to an extremely rude and hostel individual who told him there was nothing they could do. Since the order was placed through DoorDash he could not help us. When we told him that the mistake wasn’t made by DoorDash, it was made by them when they incorrectly prepared our order and sealed the bag for the driver. The receipts and order confirmation showed the correct food but what we received was not. He then told my husband that the DoorDash employee is supposed to open our food and verify it before they leave so it was the drivers fault that we received the wrong food. We are in global pandemic and to have the delivery person break the freshness/sanitation seal is unsafe and unsanitary, especially when the seal on the bag clearly states “Sealed for you safety and satisfaction. Refuse if tamper seal is broken.” The managers response was “Yea I know it’s not sanitary but that’s how it’s supposed to go.” If this in fact the process for quality checking orders is by having a 3rd party delivery driver open my food and assume responsibility for getting the correct items then you need to take a long look at your health and safety protocols.nnThis is the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had and will never eat at that location again and will rethink doing business with Buffalo Wild Wings again. I would also recommend you have your managers better trained in conflict management. A customer should never have to defuse a hostile situation with one of your managers. His tone and words during the conversation were hostile and inappropriate.

Poor customer service. Why offer the local flavor deal for purchase and then not honor it? A customer should not be subject to such pathetic management. In the end I will take my money elsewhere. Food there ain't that great to begin with....

Lifelong BW3 customer but this location has had numerous problems. Very poor customer service. The food is good, if it's correct. COVID guidelines have been thrown out the window with their carryout process. Carryout orders are consistently lost or late. Really hope this location can improve.
