Food was good but dropped the ball on the drinks. Even though we sat at a table the restaurant was not busy at all. The drinks came out the same time as the food and we also had to send 2 drinks back due to over-pouring of syrup/puree. I had to personally go to the bar and order my drink from the bartender. The server was nice but i felt as if she wasn't trained properly and thats not her fault. We were requested to order drinks that we have had before.... but the basics weren't even on the menu (long island, margarita, Old fashion, etc...) which should be. I've been in the industry for a long time. I think the experience should have been better. Personal suggestions also helps.
I ordered take out, I got to the room and noticed my appetizer was missing. I called them and they said they would have the manager called me that night or in the morning. They never offered to replace the appetizer. I asked for my money back for appetizer and they said they would give the message to the manager. No refund, no call back, no appetizer! Only positive was the food wasn’t bad. If it weren’t for that they would get 0 stars for customer service.
The restaurant was busy. My food wasn't ready when it was supposed to be ready. They also left out some of my order and I had to go back. The food was good as usual. However the coleslaw was really sweet. Maybe good for some but not for me.
Fantastic food, very nice staff members, regularly excellent atmosphere. They charge reasonable rates and the food quality is awesome. I recommend this place.
I really liked their food. I always get fantastic service here. The place is clean and the employees are always very nice. Keep up the good work.
