Accommodating and friendly management staff who looked up a receipt linked to my Score Card to verify purchase of protection plan for a bike we bought for our son nearly a year ago. Replaced the bike w/out question when the bike repair tech determined repairs to the derailleur exceeded the cost of a new bike. Best $36 we spent (2yr protection plan). New bike = happy son and satisfied customer.
