Ive owned this pair of Redwing boots for less then a month when I noticed the steel toe is loose in the boots. Took them back to the store where Chris said its from kicking things and will not warranty the boots. This guy is a sorry excuse for a business owner and I will take my business elsewhere. In the past year and a half I have bought 3 pairs of boots and this is the only issue ive had with my boots, and he will not warranty the boots on a warranty issue. Steer clear and go to someone who will actually appreciate your business and take care of you. What good is a 1 year warranty if you wont warranty a 1 month old pair of boots.

Just went here the employee In There took care of me , didn’t have any trouble boots are good quality and even got the right orthopedics for my feet , great customer service and products

Great store with outstanding customer service!nnI bought a pair of heritage boots. They had unfortunately developed a defect in the leather on one of the boots.nI brought them back and the salesman listened to me and without argument, verified my concern.nHe then contacted the owner Chris and the factory to get me another pair but the factory was out of stock of both my first and second choice of replacement.nHe then went the extra mile and did a boot search and located another pair at a store in Virginia. He called that store and coordinated having them send me the replacements. I gave him my information and the boots arrived in 2 days.nIn the future I will always go to this store rather than going on line. Service can't be beat.nThanks guys and Red Wing!

The guy I was speaking to was right to the point and extremely friendly. Boots are a little pricey but well worth it definitely worth it to go to.
