Went into this location fully prepared to purchase a tablet. I was between 2 and went to try and use them. The rep told me not to touch the devices because they aren't allowing it. Go somewhere else where they allow you to demo the device you are trying to buy

I have been a verizon wireless customer for many years. Just moved up to westminster a month ago and my girlfriends brand new replacement i phone 7 plus Had the screen go black. They have phones in store but are making us submit a claim to which they will replace the phone by mail. This is absolutely insane! I pay a premium to be told “hey call this number”... we are waiting for the replacement phone to come in and then we will be leaving verizon for good! BEWARE OF VERIZON!

My landline phone is dead!!!!! It's verizons wires that are at fault. My phones are new. Have been on their phone waiting to speak to someone. Its 37 minutes and counting! Their robot system is absolutely horrifying!!! It misunderstands everything you tell it. I can't believe they aren't answering their phones! Verizon Sucks!!!

The person who helped me today was incredibly rude. I had an appointment for 1pm, nobody appeared to be in the store, so we walked in to try to let someone know we were here for an appointment. I was yelled at to get out and they’d come when they were ready.nThe person who assisted us looked disheveled and unprofessional. They weren’t up front about anything, I had to ask a ton of questions because I wasn’t given any information. Just a bad experience with an incredibly rude employee who just wanted to get me out of the store as soon as possible.
