Rafael's Restaurant

We had a beautiful dinner in the outside cafe.nOur server Eliseo was fantastic and very attentive.nThe cream crab soup was very good.nAlso had the Ali tuna sandwich which was very good.nHighly recommend this restaurant!

This was my go to for breakfast. Every weekend I was there. Seems like the chipped beef and potatoes have changed. It was my all time favorite. The food was still really good though. The cheesy potatoe balls are amazing!

My boyfriend and I went this morning to there breakfast.nI love good food, and I was very pleasantly surprised about how good it was!

Love it great staff and bar tenders know how to make a drink iv eating in places like steak and main featured on man vs food to the gore brewery in Edward's Colorado and the chefs are amazing id recommend crab dip fresh made chips and the Cowboy is a bone in T-bone with asparagus ...... 5 Stars hands down

This is a place we've been meaning to try for years but always walked past it on the way to other restaurants we frequent in downtown Westminster. Today we were in the area after Sunday church services, and when we noticed so many places in downtown Westminster were closed, we decided to go in. We were very pleasantly surprised! We noticed right away that the interior was tastefully decorated and had a nice ambiance and vibe. Of course that alone does not make a restaurant a winner. I've gone to many places that looked good but lacked in other areas. So once we entered we were promptly received by wait staff in an attentive but not over-the-top manner. Many places have wait staff that clearly are in the wrong business, that is they hate customer service, or on the opposite extreme, they try too hard to market the restaurant. Rafael's seemed to strike the right balance. But ambiance and service won't seal the deal for this diner. The food needs to be good. And it was at Rafael's. I ordered the Ahi Tuna sandwich, with a wasabe aioli sauce and it was delicious. I ordered it medium rare and it came out that way. My wife ordered the Poke Bowl and it was also delicious and well made. My kids ordered sandwiches and they all appeared to be first rate. Bottom line, we were very impressed by Rafael's. We will no longer just walk by it and now intend to enter regularly whenever we are in downtown Westminster!
