Unfortunately, I've had to edit my previous 5-star review. Let me preface this with stating that we love Texas Roadhouse. We frequently order from here for curbside since the pandemic, routinely had date nights here, and also order it when we have relatives in town. However, since ordering curbside, we continue to have items missing in our orders- condiments, rolls, and items accompanying entrees that we did not omit from said orders. Calling this establishment and trying to speak with a manager is futile. I gave grace in the past but this has become commonplace with every order. We even try to order when we think they are less busy- for example, we ordered for this evening at 4pm for pickup at 4:30 and were missing butter, salad dressings & the lemon & tartar sauce for the catfish entree. And we LOVE the food so it's disappointing to get home after the clerk has verified the order at pickup. Please please PLEASE review and QC orders-- not asking for coupons or discounts-- just want the items we ordered! Also, we never seem to have issues when dining in and always tip. Please fix and I'd be happy to amend my review.

Faye was amazing. Great at customer service and very kind and happy. She was helpful and brought us refills without us even asking her so she’s very observant. Thank you Faye!

You will never have a bad meal here. Always polite, friendly and with everything that is going on, they're doing a great job. You can feel comfortable and safe eating in or the takeout option is always available.

Love this place. My husband & I go here at least once a month for date night & we're never disappointed. The food is always correct and tastes great, the servers are amazing & take great care of us while we're there.

Wow we decided to go to an early dinner before it got busy, we showed up at 3:50 and it was already packed with a wait list! Service was exceptional though! When our steaks came mine was over cooked, the manager saw me discussing with my husband and came over right away and fixed it! Then the server came back and apologized as well (which no worries it wasn’t his fault!) they’ve done a great job of distancing tables and everything too. Definitely check it out!
