St. Luke’s Healthcare

I do not recommend St. Luke’s to anyone who wants to receive quality care and in a timely manner. I had my first appointment with them at 1:15PM. I arrived at 12:45PM, and completed my new patient paperwork at about 1PM. I sat for 30 minutes past my appointment time without any acknowledgement from the staff. I finally asked when I would be seeing the doctor and within a few minutes a nurse took me to a patient room. I sat in there until about 2:20 and decided to leave. When leaving the back of the clinic I noticed none of the other patient rooms were filled, which made me wonder why it took so long for me to be serviced/ why I never got seen. Very unprofessional setting and I will not be returning.

This clinic is the worst. They are very slow with things (aka getting my covid results back), and I do not feel as though I am getting quality care. They NEVER answer the phone, and I’ve had enough.

REFUSED TO LET MY HUSBAND SEE THE DR. We arrived 20 minutes before my husband's appointment and he wrote his name down. 40 minutes later, still no paperwork for first time patients. He went up and asked if he needed to fill out paperwork and asked his name, the lady said you realise you appointment was 30 minutes ago. We told her that we had been there since BEFORE his appointment time. She said oh ok even though she saw us sitting there all that time. When we got his paperwork done she told him she didn't do anything because she didn't understand his name. Sat for another 15 minutes before they took him back only for him to come out a minute later because the same lady told him not to bother his dr with a doctors note and to just go to lake after hours. We will NEVER return to this dr. You get better service at McDonald's.

Mediocre care that you have to wait 60-90 minutes for even if you have a scheduled appointment.

They take away much needed medication even if you have ac10 year medical record with disorder and even though you have meds that help they will take you off of them to suffer once more even if you been on same meds for 10 years that actually work and help it dont matter theyll take it from you.
