Mud Bay

Today was my first time visiting, MudBay and the staff was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately I don’t remember their names, but each and one of them answered my questions and were super helpful. Rambo was one happy puppy!nThank you for being so awesome!

I just adopted my first cat last week and visited Mud Bay for the first time yesterday! When I got up to the register, Sammy took the time to ask if my purchases were for a new kitty. I said, “yes, I just adopted my first cat!” She then took the time to give me a new kitty welcome package plus some sample treats and some great brochures!! She took extra time with me even though there was another person behind me. It made me feel really special and I loved that she was just excited about my new kitty as I was. Thanks Sammy!

Came in at 1 pm today and were not greeted or even acknowledged. We each had a couple of questions and they were answered abruptly. It felt like we were bothering the employees. We usually go to the Shoreline location and are greeted warmly and also our pets are greeted. Today when one of our dogs pawed an employee's ankle she looked down in annoyance and said nothing. Our dogs look so forward to coming here and we like them to have a fun experience. We won't be back to this location again. We will continue driving farther to Shoreline to have a better experience.

The best pet store. I always buy cans for my cat there. High quality products with amazing service

I liked this place. It's extremely high end but cool stuff. And different stuff from the mainstream toys for cats which is rare.nThey didnt have medicine stuff so dont go there if the mainstream ones are out.nLooks like they have the coolest stuff for dogs treat wise and hoyse wise. If i had my pup up here she'd be spoiled rotten from them.
