My salesman Chris Willis was awesome. The service department on the other hand is horrible. They do not seem to care. I was told twice you can't make appointment for service work and today was told I could make an appointment to have software update. So which is it? Second visit they had ordered wrong part. Four months passed, I never heard from them so I called to see what problem was...they never ordered part til after I called. Absolutely unprofessional!!! Told them they messed up the dvd player when fixing ac in seats on second visit and they completely ignored the problem. Guess I'll be paying another $100 to different dealership to get other problems resolved. I do not recommend this dealership because of service department.
Chris Willis and Chad were great! They made buying a new car easy! And great service after the sale. Couldn't be more pleased!
I truly have to say that Micheal in sales worked so hard to get us a not just a vehicle but a brand new vehicle. My credit is not all that great so you know how that goes . By the end of the day I left driving a 2020 Ecosport brand new . We came across bout four complications but he was willing and worked very hard to make it work and did .nThank you Micheal
