I love the ladies at the desk and all the staff members are super sweet however, for a good doctor and effective I wouldn’t come here. In the past 2-3 years about 4 times a year I’ve come here for eye problems and not once did they preform an eye exam just assumed it was pink eye. Today I left Coastal urgent care and they informed me I have multiple scares over my cornea from corneal abrasions. Long story short I was being treated for pink eye when all along I was getting deep cuts in my eye. If you come here please make sure they really treat (ALSO TEST) you and know what they are doing.

Here is my experience. We got there and was third to see the doctor. The lady at the front desk was polite and helpful. We waited two hours to be seen and when leaving we had been there for 4 hours. He told the doctor I don't feel well. They ran tests that he didn't ask for and when they came back negative like he said they would he was forced to pay for said tests. So to summarize our experience our wait was far longer than it would have been at the ER, the doctor ran unnecessary tests then didn't give him the shot he asked for that would have helped. I feel your money would be better spent at another establishment

I have used this clinic many times in the past and usually they are very busy but great place to go. Today there was only one person ahead of me, three came in for drug tests and two came in after I did. Staff was okay and nice, but the nurse practitioner had me just sit in the office for an hour and a half. The other staff went to tell her I had to go but she did not respond. She was not with other patients; she was in an office. I finally got up to leave (there ARE other choices in town which are faster and competent) and asked them to just call in my prescription. She yelled from her office that she would not call in anything until she saw me. When she walked in, she had a sour look on her face and the first words out of her mouth were she had other patients. The other nurse practitioners I have seen there have always been respectable, super nice, competent and professional. NO bedside manner at all from this one. I can get in and out of my own doctor’s office faster than this clinic today.nnUPDATE: The next day, I called to ask them to also call in a prescription for cough meds (she saw my throat and how red it was), but I was told I had to go BACK in and pay another fee to see someone in order to get the prescription. This is so wrong.

Front desk is nice. The nurse? She was very rude. Maybe cause she had to work the day after Thanksgiving, I am not sure. But it was uncalled for. and it was very slow to be seen by the practitioner. There was hardly anyone in there.

This is my second visit here and i must say they are very professional, courteous and fast. The nurse practitioner (Robin) was very informative and nice taking the time to explain the hows and why's for everything she was doing. The Nurse (Kim) that gave me the shot was also very nice and as careful as she could be. The Receptionist was nice and the lady that saw me in was also very nice. I'm pretty sure the mean NP is no longer there.nnLost a StarnnUPDATE: My third visit didn't go so well. I got a Dr.Wesley Coleman and told him what I needed to help me get over my allergy but he decided to give me something else and him being the Dr. What could I do? He even left the room saying he was going to look at my chart from the previous visit and still didn't do what he should have to make me better. I took the shot and the Prescription and was sick the rest of the weekend. If Dr's would listen to their patients and not be offended when a patient knows more about his sickness the the Dr. people would be a LOT better off.
