They close the ice cream machine about an hour before they close, which is pretty rough since Sonic was always my late-night snack option. The food is normal for a Sonic location, but the staff is pretty slow compared to similar locations at other college towns, and even compared to the other Ruston location. The other Ruston location is much better.

A little disappointed in this location. Often things would be forgotten, different than ordered (a size smaller than asked for, or a completely different side), and generally a little more unpleasant vibe if I'm being honest. Food's generally what you'd expect from any sonic, but this one, I don't know, it just never sat to par with me like other locations do, if that makes any sense. There was always something that didn't sit right or went wrong in the order, that I find myself always hesitating to come again.

I run for Door Dash. The past few times I have been to this Sonic they have been extremely slow. They recieve orders before I do. I have been given the excuse of its just the order the orders come in to oh we are extremely busy with 3 cars in the drive through and maybe a quarter of the stalls filled. I can watch people pull in and a few minutes later leave with their orders. And still I am waiting for about 30 minutes for my order to come out to me. This is completely unacceptable as this not only costs me revenue, it does the store as well and the fact I have been diffrent excuses for the same issue is unexcusable as well.

Got my order wrong, got it wrong again on the remake (which was cold). Took 15 minutes to answer the button each time, and didn’t answer the phone either. If I hadn’t ordered on the app I wouldn’t have even been able to request a refund. Don’t wast your money, it’s probably faster to go the one on farmerville.Overall, it was absolutely the worst service I have ever seen.
