Horrible service but food was good. Couldn’t hear on the speaker so it was kind of frustrating to them. The manager got on and said we were holding up the line and started to yell at us but we stayed calm then we pull up to the window and the manager was touching our food with her bare hands and didn’t even get the rest of our food. The food was like any other Popeyes but they got our simple order wrong. Most employees were kind but one person who seemed like a manager was extremely rude. And while we waited the employees had fun with other customers however when we were being served we were treated coldly and hurriedly. I would not go here for good service, or convenience because there was very little parking space and the drive thru was closed. #NEVER GOING BACK #BETTER THAN NOTHING?
Waste of effort. I won't be spending my money there anymore.
Ordered what was on sign after waiting in line for 20 minutes to find out they no longer have the thing if ordered. Ordered something else and it was the wrong order and ice cold. 4 Thumbs Down
The customer service is trash expect for one lady but the food is decent.
